Body
Transformation : The results
LOOK THE EXAMPLES
All " Before" and " After" photographs
have been shot by Doctor Francesco Casillo except for those portraying
the 3 cases of Virtual Service Product which
being characterized by a distance working relationship has not
allowed Doctor Francesco Casillo to their direct shooting, being
therefore such photographs produced by someone else and then sent
to Doctor Francesco Casillo.
This section presents some examples that portray
the personal successes, in terms of body
composition improvements,
accomplished by the people I treated and been treating. The training
protocols I employed for each person were applied personally and
directly (with thePersonal Service Product), or indirectly (with
either the Virtual Service Product or the Supervising
Service Product).
I constantly and personally monitored each individual with either
the Personal Service Product or the Supervising
Service Product,
or indirectly with the Virtual Service Product.
These examples represent a varied group in regards to following
personal attributes:
·
Age
·
Sex
·
Quality of starting body composition (% and kg of Fat Free Mass;
% and kg of Fat Mass)
·
Personal background on weight training
·
Personal background with other sports
·
Competitive and non-competitive goals
·
Other parameters that may affect the individual’s organic-morphological
responses to the external stimuli applied (diet, training, and “NATURAL” supplementation).
The accomplished results, meaning the substantial body composition
changes, are so dramatic that they justify the use of the term, “TRANSFORMATION!” This
term more appropriately describes the degree of quality and quantity
of changes that were obtained after a sufficient period of time.
This period of time refers to the process of obtaining peek transformation.
This peek of transformation develops with proper physiological
and biological exposure-time of the applied external stimuli, including
diet, training, and “NATURAL” supplementation, in order
to result in morphological adaptations (that’s to say, more
Fat Free Mass and less Fat Mass).
Although the transformation process takes time, the actual time
needed is susceptible to wide variations among individuals. These
variations come by the parameters mentioned above, and in reference
to the individual’s genetic pattern. These factors highly
determine the time of the response, the quantity of the response,
as well as the terms of the response.
Although these people represent heterogeneous characteristics,
each have one aspect in common: THE PROGRESS.
The progress is made possible through the details of my program
(diet, training, and “NATURAL” supplementation). It
provides each individual the same concepts and structural characteristics:
1. A SCIENTIFIC APPROACH to its formulation.
2. MONITORING of the results produced by the program.
3. Identifying the ADAPTATIONS of the overall program based on
what stands out in the monitoring phase.
4. And thus, PERSONALIZATION of the entire program!
The body transformations of the people I trained make them people
of success. This is because the aesthetic results they achieved
don’t represent a victory limited to that alone, but they
also represent a trophy of their own personal victories in terms
of their new and renewed mental approach toward accomplishment
of concrete goals, and thus, toward improvement.
Furthermore, their results represent confirmation of the validity
of the theory and practical scientific approach that has moulded
the entire program, being diet, training (anaerobic and aerobic),
and “NATURAL” supplementation!
Introduction of the people
The results achieved by the people I treated represent the proof
of the solid scientific methods that characterize the Virtual
Service Product, as well as its efficacy. This conclusion is based on the
fact that great distances separated my client and I resulting in
the physical impossibility to directly and personally evaluate
their morphological conditions (body composition - Fat Free Mass
and Fat Mass) and functional conditions (training level they possessed)
before, during, and after the entire program duration. Its efficacy,
in turn, is the NATURAL consequence of the scientifically backgrounded
method!
The scientific method begins with the knowledge of the conditions
in which certain results are observed. These conditions must reproduce
the same results every time they occur, regardless of the time
and space.
Objectivity is the unique element that makes it possible to distinguish
what’s scientific from what’s not! The method can only
be defined as scientific if it’s objective!
Objective means that if someone would look over the shoulder of
the experimenter while he/she detects the results, then he/she
would see the same things the experimenter sees - that’s
to say the same results! Objective, therefore, is a phenomenon
that can be observed by everyone!
My method is scientific because it allows the same results to
be accomplished every time the same presuppositions (typology and
method) are applied to the same conditions (diet, training, and “NATURAL” supplementation).
The plurality of the successes obtained is its confirmation, but,
because the method-induced results are objective, everyone can
verify them!
Therefore, unlike other subject matter, my method is effective
because of its scientific presupposition. For instance, the applicative
validity of other subject matter may be exclusively constrained
within specific territories of competence and origin. This will
be based on the conventions that regulate it. However, the applicability
of my method is not limited to any territorial border, and this
justifies both its validity and efficacy, even over great distances!
- For example, a U.S. custom is to greet a friend by hugging him.
In Italy, a greeting is expressed by a double kiss to each other
on each cheek. Similarly, the possession of the thermogenic-based
ephedra supplement is illegal in Italy and not in the U.S. (until
April 2003). On the other hand, 1 gram of carbohydrates has an
energetic value equal to 4kcal and this value applies worldwide
regardless of the place its energetic value is measured. And, likewise,
an excessive consumption of sugar results in a hyperglycaemic condition
regardless of whether it is consumed in Alaska or Japan.
The example above is evidence of how science can induce the same
results everywhere, and how other, non-scientific methods may not.
